About The Event
Globally, the Labour Ecosystem continues to shift rapidly even in the post Covid-19 era. We expect to see more and more changes in Labour Laws and other Regulatory Structures which in turn will directly affect workplace practices.
In Kenya, we have witnessed a number of changes in regulatory requirements over the past few years, the most recent ones being the NSSF Act 2013 and the new Data Protection Act.
To help employers navigate this ever-changing landscape, the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) has organized a very useful course on Contemporary Issues in Labour Laws and Industrial Relations in Kenya.
This is a unique hybrid course with a Virtual Masterclass to introduce the participants to the important changes and other emerging issues in Industrial Relations in Kenya. This will be followed by a Physical Workshop which will emphasize on discussions, case studies, role plays, simulations, and learnings from court decisions.
We therefore invite you to nominate your HR, Legal Practitioners and other Senior Managers to this training that will be conducted in two components as outlined below.
- The Virtual Masterclass will be offered in three Modules ( 3 CPD Points).
Module 1: Important changes in Labour Laws and Other Regulatory Structures (the NSSF Act 2013, RBA Requirements, NEA Requirements, Employment Act).
