FKE is a leading provider of training in Kenya for member and non member organizations at reasonable fees. Our extensive training programme is aimed at addressing current and emerging business challenges. It covers training on labour laws, outsourcing, discipline management, dispute resolution, negotiation skills, managing employment contracts, compensation management, employee wellness, productivity and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) among others. Based on regular feedback from participants, we continually design and update our courses to ensure that participants leave with practical and applicable skills and knowledge.
We also have partnerships with the Institute of Human Resource Management and Law Society of Kenya where participants earn Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Points reimbursements from National Industrial Training Authority (NITA).
