About The Event
In today's competitive world, organizations operate within the confines of heavily regulated employee environments. This challenge includes dealing with myriad of complex laws and regulations. The scope of the HR function requires the establishment and administration of a host of policies and practices many of which involve compliance implications that significantly influence the productivity and profitability of the enterprise. Regular and professional Labour Audits are therefore critical as they help organizations to avoid legal and regulatory liabilities that may arise from poor or inadequate HR policies and practices.
The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) has organized a Physical & Practical Workshop on Labour Audits at Workplaces. This course will give employers an opportunity to assess whether their HR practices help, hinder or have little impact on its business goals. The course will also empower employers to achieve and maintain best HR practices.
The 3-Day Physical Workshop will earn delegates 6 CPD points.
This workshop will provide a Practical Guide to Conducting Labour Audits at the Workplace. This will be a step-by-step guide in preparation for Labour Audits at the workplace and will be delivered through:
