In a move that underscores the commitment to collaborative success and shared goals, the Agricultural Employers Association (AEA) officially joined the membership of the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) on February 21, 2024. This partnership marks a significant step forward in fostering mutual growth, innovation, and progress in the realm of employment and labour relations, and social policy.

The partnership between AEA and FKE is expected to leverage the unique strengths of both organizations. AEA, with its focus on the agricultural sector, brings specialized insights and expertise, while FKE provides a powerful platform for advocacy, networking, and policy influence in the labour market.

Ms. Jacqueline Mugo, Executive Director & CEO of FKE, lauded the partnership, stating that, "We are thrilled to welcome AEA into the FKE family. This collaboration represents a strategic alliance that will amplify our shared history and collective impact on issues affecting employers, employees, and the broader business landscape in Kenya. Mr. Wesley Siele, the Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural Employers Association (AEA), shared his excitement about the collaboration. FKE by the formal joining of AEA was celebrated through a signing ceremony led by the leaders of both organizations and provided an opportunity for both sides to connect, exchange ideas, and lay the groundwork for future collaborative endeavors.
