The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) conducted an open house training on Effective Workplace Disciplinary Procedures at Le Sovereign Hotel in KISUMU with over 35 employers represented.
This course focused on maintaining a productive, respectful, and legally compliant work environment through effective discipline policies and practices. It provided an in-depth look at the principles and practices involved in managing discipline in the workplace.
Delegates learned how to develop and implement fair, consistent, and legally sound discipline policies that promote accountability while respecting employees' rights. The course covered the full scope of discipline management, from identifying unacceptable behaviours to applying corrective actions and maintaining a positive organizational culture.
