The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE), through its Girls and Tech Program, participated in the Young Professionals Networking Event organized by the Nairobi Girl Guides Association in collaboration with the Kenya School of TVET. The event was held under the inspiring theme "Ignite Your Legacy: Guiding Beyond the Uniform."
Ms. Grace Kaome, Human Resource Manager at FKE and Coordinator of the Female Future Leadership Program, delivered a keynote address alongside the Chief Guest, Ms. Lydia K. Magutsa, Director and Founder of ISPPME. Both encouraged the students to embrace innovation and invest in continuous self-development to unlock their full potential.
The event provided a valuable platform for attendees to network, share experiences, and build meaningful professional connections, further reinforcing the importance of mentorship, leadership, and lifelong learning.
