On the 24th of October 2024, at the Waajiri House, the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) Projects Team hosted Ms. Anna Häggblom, Programme Manager for East Africa Female Future, under the NHO International Cooperation Programme. The meeting focused on reviewing the progress of NHO Programs driven by FKE, with particular emphasis on the newly re-launched FKE Members Portal, which has significantly enhanced the efficiency of member services.
The review also covered key programs such as the FKE Female Future Leadership Program and the Girls in Technology Initiative. Mr. Dickens Ouma, Head of Legal, Industrial Relations, and Membership Services at FKE, reaffirmed the Federation's commitment to ensuring the successful implementation of these initiatives.
On her part, Ms. Häggblom acknowledged FKE's efforts and expressed her appreciation for the substantial progress made in executing the projects.
