FKE Facilitates Successful CBA Signing Between Alloy Steel Castings Limited and KEWU

The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE)  facilitated the successful negotiation and signing of a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between Alloy Steel Castings Limited and the Kenya Engineering Workers Union (KEWU).

Representing the employer was Joseph Gacheru, Human Resource Manager, supported by Hellen Kairu, also from Human Resources. The union team was led by Wycliffe Nyamwata, General Secretary of KEWU. The session was chaired by Robert Nyarangi, Senior Industrial Relations Officer at FKE.

This new agreement underscores FKE’s continued commitment to fostering constructive labour relations, ensuring fair employment practices, and promoting an environment of industrial peace and productivity.
