FKE Facilitates Successful CBA Signing Between Rafiki Engineering and Kenya Engineering Workers Union

The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) on April 1st,  2025 successfully concluded a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiation between Rafiki Engineering Workers Limited and the Kenya Engineering Workers Union. The milestone agreement was officially signed at the FKE Nakuru Branch office, marking a significant achievement in promoting harmonious industrial relations within the engineering sector.
