The FKE Female Future Leadership Program officially launched its orientation for Cohorts 21 and 22 on January 28, 2025, welcoming 56 dynamic women joining the empowerment initiative. On the 7th of February 2025, Cohort 21, officially kicked off their classes at the Fairview Hotel in Nairobi, marking a significant milestone in their leadership journey.
The session focused on deepening and expanding personal awareness, emphasizing the powerful influence our personalities have on our leadership styles. Participants explored their unique personalities through the MBTI assessment, gaining valuable insights into their individual traits. They were encouraged to embrace who they are while recognizing that personal growth and transformation are integral to becoming better leaders.
FKE is committed to ensuring women are not just empowered to take seats at decision-making tables but that they are equipped to lead with competence.
