FKE Hosts Cohorts 21 and 22 of the Female Future Leadership Program at Fairview Hotel, Nairobi

The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) recently hosted Cohorts 21 and 22 of the Female Future Leadership Program at Fairview Hotel in Nairobi focusing on developing their leadership skills, enhancing their strategic decision-making abilities, and building the confidence required to take on top leadership roles.

By equipping participants with the tools, resources, and insights to overcome challenges, the program is designed to help women break through barriers and advance into leadership positions.
