On 5th March 2025, the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) had the pleasure of hosting Del Monte Kenya Limited for a courtesy visit. The meeting was a great opportunity for both parties to discuss matters of mutual interest and explore opportunities for strategic collaboration.
Key highlights from the discussion included how Del Monte has streamlined it's operations to align with the changing business trends and collaboration in events like the Employers Summit, Employer of the Year Awards, leadership programs for female employees, and other tailored trainings to boost production and operation.
