The Female Future Leadership Program was recognized as the 1st Runners-Up in the Best Women Professional Empowerment Initiative category at the 7th edition of the DIAR Awards 2025!
This recognition on 7th March 2025, highlighted the significant strides the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) has made in championing gender equality and fostering women’s leadership. Through our Female Future Leadership Program, we are actively working to enhance the representation of women in management and executive roles across both public and private sectors.
This vital initiative promotes gender equality in the workplace and is aimed at empowering ambitious women in mid-to-top-level management positions to ascend to the highest ranks of political and corporate leadership.
This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication and leadership of Grace Kaome, the FFP Coordinator, and her support team. We also say
a big thank you to our employers who progressively nominate ladies to this program as well as to our key partners—NHO, IFC, Swedfund, and Norfund—for their unwavering support.
