Garden Freight Logistics Ltd and KSCFLW Workers Union Sign New CBA Facilitated by FKE

Garden Freight Logistics Ltd/Tulip and the Kenya Shipping Clearing Freight Logistics & Warehouses Workers Union finalized and signed their Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) on November 18th, 2025, facilitated by the Federation of Kenya Employers.

Representing the employer was Thiyagarajan Ravichandran, Finance Manager and Lead Negotiator, supported by Susan Kihara, BTF Group HR Manager.

The union team was led by James O. Tongi, General Secretary and Chief Negotiator, under the chairmanship of Robert Nyarangi, FKE Senior Industrial Relations Officer.
