The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) successfully chaired the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations between Kenpoly Manufacturers Limited and the Kenya Chemical Workers Union, culminating in the signing of a new CBA, marking a significant milestone in promoting industrial harmony.
The signing was chaired by Robert Nyarangi, Senior Industrial Relations Officer at the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE). Kenpoly Manufacturers Limited was represented by Margaret Geno, Head of Human Resources and lead negotiator for the employer, supported by Diwaker Ojha, Head of Operations. The Kenya Chemical Workers Union was represented by Peter Ouko, National Secretary General and lead negotiator for the union, assisted by Joyce Chari, Assistant National Secretary General.
The new CBA underscores the parties’ commitment to constructive dialogue and partnership in advancing fair labour practices and sustainable industrial relations.
