On 20th November 2025, employers participated in a comprehensive training on Inclusivity in the Workplace, with a strong focus on Advancing Conflict Resolution and Social Cohesion. 

 

The session facilitated by FKE in partnership with the International Labour  Organization (ILO) and the CMA  (Center for Mediation in Africa)  equipped participants with essential skills in upholding neutrality, trust, and confidentiality, while raising awareness on the various forms and triggers of workplace conflict.

 

The training also explored mediation as an effective approach to conflict resolution, highlighting the crucial role of communication in successful mediation, and addressing emerging workplace trends such as diversity, displacement and mobility, and ESG considerations.

The session was jointly facilitated by:
