Empowering Future Women Leaders: FKE Female Future Leadership Program Cohort 23 Meets in Nairobi

FKE Female Future Leadership Program Cohort 23 convened at Fairview Hotel, Nairobi, on November 14th, 2025 for an empowering session dedicated to personal and professional growth.

The participants were taken through the importance of self-acceptance, recognizing their unique strengths and understanding how appropriate dressing enhances executive presence.

This was followed by the afternoon of conversations on Women in the Boardroom – Presence and Leadership, equipping the future leaders with insights to step confidently into decision-making spaces.
